Baltimore Transformative Learning Collective, also known as Bmore Transform, is a cooperative of abolitionist educators that is deeply committed to decolonizing Baltimore’s educational ecosystem.
Through innovative and comprehensive strategies designed to engage, support, and empower every community member, our services and programs foster meaningful connections that champion growth, equity, and learning. Together, we envision and are striving toward an educational landscape that is inclusive, transformative, and reflective of the abundant diversity of our city.

Our worker cooperative strengthens liberatory, or justice-centered, practice in both academic institutions and organizations. Because K–12 schools and universities operate differently from organizations and serve unique stakeholders, we offer two distinct service lines tailored to each sector’s needs.

If our goal is to nurture young people in order to build a more equitable world, we need to model the skills, values, and behaviors they will need to continue that work. Our frameworks and audits are intentionally designed to be revisited as your organization evolves, laying the groundwork for sustainable, meaningful growth across teams, classrooms, and communities.
