We partner with and support the student leaders and faculty advisors of queer-focused clubs/groups in Baltimore City middle and high schools (e.g., Gender Sexuality Alliance, Rainbow Club, LGBTQ+ Student Affinity Group).

Bmore Transform sees these spaces as vital to the health, well-being, and success of queer youth.

We further hone their individual leadership skills and provide mentorship as they work to facilitate their clubs efficiently and effectively. As community partners, we will guide these leaders as they advocate, organize, and execute their club’s goals for the school year.
